The international and traditional illuminated advertising manufacturer Westiform from Ortenberg/Baden, also known to many as Boos + Hahn, produces high-quality corporate design products for well-known customers all over the world. On September 1, 2022, the Joseph Group took over the business operations of Westiform Germany GmbH and has continued the existing business relationships since then.

The Joseph Group was founded in Dubai in 1978 and is now one of the largest sign manufacturers in the Middle East and Africa. The group has over 1,800 employees working in production facilities covering almost 75,000 square metres. In addition to external and internal static signage, the Joseph Group is active in all areas of the signage industry and has a large, international customer base from a wide range of industries.

By taking over Westiform Germany GmbH, the Joseph Group is taking an important, strategic step in entering and expanding the European market. The aim is not only to further expand the existing business operations, but also to strengthen the market position on the European market through further acquisitions. In addition to the business operations, the Joseph Group is also taking over all 130 employees at the two locations in Ortenberg and Bretzfeld. In addition to the name change, there has also been a new logo since September.
