For our location in Ortenberg, we are looking for

‍

Apprentices as industrial clerk (m/f/d)

‍

to start on September 01, 2026. During your apprenticeship, you will work in commercial areas such as sales, purchasing, dispatch, production planning, human resources, finance and accounting.

‍

Your tasks:

• Purchasing goods and making them available for production on time
• Determining material requirements and ensuring that these are covered
• Obtaining and comparing offers from suppliers
• Writing purchase orders and monitoring delivery dates
• Supporting the planning, control and monitoring of production processes
• Preparation of order accompanying documents
• Processing quotations and monitoring our customer orders
• Checking incoming invoices and preparing our outgoing invoices
• Booking all business transactions
• Communication with our customers

Your qualifications:

• Secondary school leaving certificate or a comparable school-leaving qualification
• Interest in commercial and organisational contexts
• Enjoy working with numbers and data
• Communication skills, sociability and customer and service orientation
• A responsible, independent way of working as well as the ability to work in a team and commitment
• High level of commitment and enjoy learning and acquiring new knowledge
