Project Coordinator (m/f/d)

‍

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the execution of projects or construction programs, coordination of all project-specific tasks such as surveys, graphics, assembly or exports
• Recording, maintenance and processing of all relevant processes in the ERP system
• Responsibility for internal and external interfaces as well as call-off from suppliers (call-off finished products)
• Collaboration in the development of new projects and inquiries
• Complaint mapping and processing
• Managing project reporting
• Ensuring the achievement of sales targets for the team and the task area
• Preparation of order calculations and subsequent calculations, plausibility checks/cost optimization
• Ensuring project success and ensuring the scheduling process

Your qualifications:

• A technical or Commercial training
• Very good basic commercial knowledge
• Assertiveness and coordination skills
• Structured work style, high level of commitment, ability to work in a team, resilience, and flexibility
• Very good language skills in German and English, French is an advantage
